Returns and Refunds

At Phrexxonquazl, we want you to be completely satisfied with your personalized souvenirs and custom gifts. If you are not happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Right to Return

Under UK consumer law, you have the right to return most items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, provided the items are unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Custom and Personalized Items

Due to the personalized nature of our products, custom-made items and personalized souvenirs cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part. We work closely with you during the design process to ensure your satisfaction before production begins.

If you discover a defect or error in your personalized item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, and we will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include repair, replacement, or refund.

Standard, non-personalized products may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are:

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
